Responsibilities:
• Provide engineering leadership to test, yield, quality, and manufacturing from product engineering aspect.
• Drive test process improvement, yield analysis, hold lot disposition, test time reduction, capacity improvement, MRB material disposition, electrical failure analysis on low yield lots, and RMA return.
• Work closely with operation to ensure shipment fulfillment.
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. Graduate degree is preferred.
• 8 years’ experience within the Flash memory devices or Integrated Circuit industry with at least 3 years in technology management.
• Good understanding of advanced fab processed and Flash memory technologies.
• Excellent understanding of semiconductor device physics, yield and reliability related issues.
• Strong problem solving and statistical analytical Skills.
