MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and drive  integrated, competitive and sustainable engineering solutions for the company.
Responsible for Technical project management and Engineering support for HVM
•Qualify and support new product development through establishing new processes, equipment / material.
•Technical support for new business and customer
•Establish set of programs to achieve operation excellence on yields
•Establish process operating specifications/procedures, engineering change notice, etc.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent required, major in engineering, electronics, chemistry, physics etc.  
2. Familiar with MSAP/SAP process and FC substrate
3. 8+ years working experience in IC substrate
4. Good leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
5. Excellent oral and written English.
