职位1 ：电源管理应用工程师
工作地点： 杭州或上海

工作职位详细描述：

1.
自我管理和自我约束能力很强，能独立完成工作。做事有条理。 有良好的沟通能力和技巧，从而达到和美国团队的密切有效交流。

2.
研究AC/DC转换芯片，LED驱动芯片，和DC/DC转换芯片。根据市场需求方面的信息，定义出新产品的规范。

3.
和IC电路设计工程师一起合作，实行这个芯片的电路设计。

4.
设计评估测试电路板的电路图和布局布线设计。交付工程完成PCB板卡生产。

5.
用各种仪器仪表（示波器，万用表，功率计等等）来完成芯片的测试。

6.
用英文撰写芯片的产品说明书和应用说明书。详细描述产品性能，使用方法，注意事项等。

7.
需要出差拜访中国和其他国家的客户，以及合作伙伴。

应聘者要求符合一下条件：

1.
拥有以下专业的本科/硕士/博士学位：电源设计，或电力电子，以及相关专业。

2.
有丰富的AC/DC和LED driver应用的经验。

3.
有相当的电路板线路图和布局布线设计的经验，有电感变压器设计的经验。

FieldApplication Engineer, Contract/Full Time/Part Time

We are looking for energetic and well organized  Principle/Staff/Sr. Application Engineers to join our Engineering team.   This position is located in Hangzou or Shanghai of China.   Candidates must have a solid background in power IC experience within a high  tech company.

Job Description:

  

   
• Must be Self driven, well       organized and good communication skills with team in USA and other       countries.    
• Define the new product and       writing spec of chip level for AC/DC, LED driver or DC/DC based on       market information.
     
• Work with IC circuit designer       to implement the whole chip.    
• Design schematic and layout of       PCB for evaluating and characterizing power ICs with High voltage.   
• Customer support and domestic       or international travel is required sometimes.    
• Test IC in lab.   
• Write datasheet, design       guide, and application note.  

  

Experience:

  

   
• BS/MSEE or equivalent as       Power supply design engineer or Power Management IC Applications       Engineer or related.   
• Demonstrated experience with       wide range of ac-dc or LED driver design.    
• Experience with PCB design       and layout and also magnetic design and optimization.    
• Good experimental technique       and hands-on attitude.   

  

Education:

  

   
• BS/MS/Phd.
  in EE field : MS and Phd with high       voltage experience are preferred

8.
理解DC/DC转换芯片的控制结构.

9.
对下面某些电路有开发经验: linear regulators, switching regulators, charge-pumps, PLLs,op-amps, comparators, battery chargers, DC/DC power conversion, AC/DC powersupply, ADC/DAC, etc.

Power Management IC Design Engineer

Job Description:

Engineer will design of high-performance analog IC and mixed-signal powermanagement IC’s (PMIC) for applications including LED driver, AC/DC, DC/DCconverters, SMPS, etc.  Design activities include definition, design,simulation, layout verification and characterization in transistor level designof bipolar, CMOS analog and digital circuits for power managementproducts.  Candidate will be engaged with other Hardware/Applicationsengineers to successfully bring new products from initial concept throughrelease to production.  Ability to find and fix difficult IC problems inthe laboratory is also expected.

Requirements:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant industryexperience with a strong background in analog IC design, high voltage AC/DCtechnical experience preferred.
• Excellent understanding of analog IC design.
• Experience with analog IC design CAD tools (e.g. Cadence/Virtuoso/Hspice).
• Experience with High Voltage Power Management IC Layout, PCB Design.
• Experience with hand-on test of power IC.
• Experience with various DC/DC and AC/DC power conversion topologies.
• Understanding of control systems as related to DC/DC power conversions.
• Experience with anythe following types of circuits: linear regulators, switching regulators,charge-pumps, PLLs, op-amps, comparators, battery chargers, DC/DC powerconversion, AC/DC power supply, ADC/DAC, etc.
