Director(Sr.) of Common Hardware Engineering
( Common engineering group, report to CEG VP)

Job responsibity:
1.Responsible for the daily management of Common Hardware Engineering department.
2.Work closely with customers and R&D team on market requiremnt,product direction,Process optimization &product issues solving etc.
3.Organization development and effective team building up.

Requirements:
1.BA degree or above in electrical-Mechanical or related field.
2.Leadership in leading a technical direction and vision for a department.
3.8~10 years working experiences in the area of component engineering,PCB,compliance,Reliablity,cable and mechnical engineering,Packaging,Human factor and ID design etc.
4.Strong marketing and business sense.
5.Excellent communication skills in both english and chinese.
6.Good interpersonal skills for effective communication & coordination.
7.Telecom and networking knowledge or experience is a plus.
8.Overseas working experience is prefered.

Responsibility for this Hardware position will lead 5 hardware sub-function team for current all product line of ***, including handset, Broadband,MSTP,IPTV,etc. the most important relationship will be with internal customer , such as BU R&D center , MFT Supply chain sourcing dept, etc. also, she/he will have some interface with India/us R&D Center for related project cooperation.
