Our client is globally renowned computer& server storage device manufacturer who is looking for seasoned SeniorEngineers of field application engineering of hard disc drives. The job ismainly focus on OEM , ODM technical support for volume shipment instead of enduser. In other words, the technical support is main focus on OEM, ODM R&D,manufacturing.



Responsibilities，职责
Have very good technology of personal computer, understand how the PC works, Familiar with SATA and ATA protocol and specifications. Good understanding of how system (host) communicate with hard disc drive, RAM, I/O devices. The candidate need have basic technology of ATA hard disc drive. Understand how it works. Familiar how to analysis a failed drive to dig out root cause of the failure, and provide potential reason of the failure.The candidate must have skill of how to analysis technical issue, isolate and identify the technical issueto the right component.Provide solution to the problem if it is related with hard disc drive, also can provide suggestion or suggestion if the issue is related with system.The candidate must have good communication skill and presentation skill.

Requirements， 要求：
Must have college bachelor degree in Major of electronics or computer science.Have 3 year work experience in IT or as FAE support.Fluent Chinese, good English

这个工作地点主要位于其公司的代工工厂里面负责技术指导。
工作地点有：重庆，成都，上海，昆山

工作要求：
1.本科毕业，专业主要以电子或者电脑技术为主
2.有三年IT工作经验（有很强硬盘方面的知识），并且是有临场管理经验
3.语言要求：国语和英语流利
