(4)    JOB PURPOSE
To build and optimize engineering system and infrastructure
(5)    DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES  (TO INDICATE ALL TASKS PERFORMED)
1.Responsible for collecting engineering system requests, then link with current system or convert to new system requirements
2.Responsible for OSATs’ data quality management
3.Standardize good practice between in house plant and OSATs.
4.Collaborate with North America to develop and deliver new systems to Asia Ops
5.Support in-house CPU test infrastructure
(6)    SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Report to Senior Engineer or above
(7)    SUPERVISION EXERCISED
Supervise Engineering Assistants or Engineering Technicians where deemed necessary.
(8)    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES                     
1.Must have experience in Semi-Con manufacturing and major work in product engineering or test engineering.
2.Must have good communication skills (Both Mandarin and English), if have OSAT management experience will be better.
3.Clear mind set on process standardization.
4.Has experience on programming, like C++ or Java and familiar with Linux system and test data handling.
5.Willing to travel and do night conf call if needed.
(9)     QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering with preferred 1-4 relevant years experience or equivalent or
above

1 Exempt
