POSITION DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Director of Engineering and responsible for product support of all flash based products including: Compact Flash (CF), Secure Digital (SD), Universal Serial Bus (USB), etc.

·    Knowledge of the industry standard flash specifications is required.

·    Hands on experience with the validation and trouble shooting of flash interfaces is required.
This includes capturing and analyzing oscilloscope and logic analyzer traces, and processing devices through industry standard flash test equipment.

·   Candidate will work with the Field Application Engineering team and customers to resolve field issues with flash products.

·   Candidate will work with the Quality team to find the root cause field returns and process RMA requests.

·   Candidate will work with the Design Engineering team to specify functions and features of new flash products.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

·   5+ years of electrical design experience.

·   Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required
