Script to Find Top-Level Design or Block

Here is a tool command language (Tcl) script that locates the top-level block
or design after all the design files have been read into Design Compiler memory.
If the script can't locate a single top-level block from the designs read in,
it lists the hierarchy of each design in memory.

The Script

Usage
**********
After reading in all the design files, source the script file in dc_shell-t (Tcl mode).

dc_shell-t> source top.tcl
