Position Description:
Ø Product and solution marketing to customers and distributors through product presentations, design assistance, trouble shooting and analysis
Ø Define plan to penetrate particular segments and increase BOM contents by working with Field application engineer to achieve segment budget
Ø Execute planned distribution sales and segment strategy
Ø Effective handling of channels/customer issues
Ø Meet sales budget (Booking /Billing/Inventory)
Ø Manage and lead regional distributors' marketing and sales activities
Ø Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product business units
Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
Required Skills:
Ø BS Degree or above in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Ø Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in analog integrated circuits, small signal devices, SMPS or DC-DC converters with multinational company experience preferable.
Ø Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ø Good command of both conversational and written English
Ø Strong team player and willing to take on new responsibilities
Ø Aggressive, initiative, independent and self-motivated
Ø Willing to take challenges while working under high pressure
Ø Integrity critical
Experience in handing distribution and strong understanding about distributor’s operation is a plus
