Duty：
1、  负责LTE DSP软件开发组的管理，包括
1.       DSP开发人员工作的安排和协调
2.       DSP开发任务的分解
3.       DSP开发人员技能培训
2、  负责DSP软件项目管理
1.       负责DSP软件的高质量，on time交付。
2.       DSP软件开发流程的完善和执行
Requirements：
1、  无线通信行业5年以上工作经验，3年以上无线通信产品DSP软件开发和管理经验
2、  Leadership，良好的管理经验和团队协调能力，成功的项目经验。
3、  工作积极主动，良好的风险控制能力
4、  对软件开发流程有较深的理解，对需求管理，软件测试有深入理解。
5、  良好的技术背景，对物理层DSP系统架构有深入理解，能够很快理解LTE物理层的相关技术
6、  熟悉LTE或者WCDMA物理层协议优先，有WCDMA和LTE DSP开发经验优先
