Job Duties:
1. Lead a DFT team to define DFT flow and build DFT logic and test patterns for STB/DTV product.
2. Also work with test engineer to bring up test and assist failure analysis.

Qualifications:
1. BS/MESS plus 6+ yr working experience in DFT flow and test logic development
2. 2yrs team lead and management experience is required
3. Must have good knowledge of ASIC design flow and DFT specific tools/techniques
4. Chinese and English written & verbal communication kills important.
