岗位职责：

1. 传感网网络传输（NWK、MAC）相关算法、协议研究与仿真；

2. 协议栈接口设计与实现；

3. 理论分析与原型设计；

4. 专利、论文、标准化提案等的编写与编辑；
岗位要求

1. 通信、电子、计算机等相关专业毕业，硕士或博士学位，两年以上相关研究工作经验；

2. 良好的通信网络架构、TCP／IP技术知识与研究经验；

3. 熟悉IEEE802.15.4、ZigBee、Adhoc等相关协议，并具有协议设计经验；

4. 熟练应用matlab、qualnet、omnet等仿真工具；

5. 良好的英语会话与技术材料写作能力；

6. 具有良好的团队合作意识, 并且有良好的沟通协调能力。
