Responsibilities
-Manage the Software testing team and QA team of 5-10 members include daily management and performance appraisals.
-Build and improve the SQA process. Actively involved in the software dev. activities to improve the overall softare quality.
-Plan and review test case of software project include Windows App, Driver, firmware and Hardware such as PCIE board and USB device.
-Plan/Schedule testing activities. Work with Software Development team and FAE team to coordinate SQA activities and support customers.
-Present the weekly report of porject testing status in English to the Management.
Requirements
-5+ years testing, QA experience. 2+ years in manager role. Previous developer experience a plus.
-Experience in complex software project testing include firmware, video board products.
-Experience in QA process with ISO or CMM.
-Ability to motivate and mentor team members.
-Fluent Oral/Written English required .
-Bachelor degree from Computer Science or Eletrical Engineering related major
