关于SOC验证的发展

有没有达人对SOC验证从起步到发展给一个综述？
验证方法上都经历了哪些阶段的发展

以及对SOC验证技术的前景有什么见解？
就是说未来SOC验证的方法会往何处发展。

About 2000, It almost verify with functional pattern like VCD format.
About 2004, DFT started to be the mainstream, the most is insert scan chains in the SOC. It is due to the mast logic circuit inside the SOC is very hard to reach. And it needed to connect the relative D flip-flops to the outputs.
In the future, more Bists could be developed without adding to layout area and yield loss.
