Agilent ADS 2012.08 Patch

Updated.
Please read the ReadMe.txt.
For getting rid of collision with SystemVue's previously installed license, just replace it with this new one. This license works for both of them.

Please report the possible errors.

I installed the ADS and after showing the number 100 in the count column I run ADS without any error. Are you sure you that only one of your adapters is enabled.

seem it can run the program, but can't run the simulation, and complain about lacking of license
