采用Smic0.18um process，降低管子Vgesteff的途径有哪些？

如何调试能试Vds绝对值大于Vdsat绝对值？Vdsat具体改变什么能改变它?

(1)是Vgsteff,not Vgesteff![/color]
Vgsteff may be the abbreviation of "Vgs effective",which means Vgs minus Vth. Vgs-Vth=Vov.
to make it lower ,you just decrease the over-drive of the MOSFET.
(2)in order to make sure that the absolute value of Vds is above that of Vdsat which is normally equal to Vov,but due to the short channel effect(for example,the 0.18um process)
,it always has a bigger value,you should leave a suffiecient voltage margin for Vds.
Therefore,you can alter the value of Vdsat through decreasing the Vov or substitute the short channel length for a longer one for example to 1 micro meter.but these approachs may not satisfy your design , so you should think before you leap!

Maybe a shorter length is better for a transistor in saturation region，namely Vds>Vdsat.
