Sentaurus 2013破解后提示成功后还有问题，麻烦高手解答

各位大侠，本人在自己的电脑、同事的电脑，包括笔记本、台式机，已经成功安装了Sentaurus2013五六次，参考附件

正确可行___Sentaurus-2013虚拟机安装与破解教程(修改1).doc (670.5 KB, 下载次数: 30 ) ~
这次在单位一个工作站的虚拟机上安装时，遇到了下面的问题，不知道从哪里入手解决了，求帮助。
已有的帖子有些试过了不适用，有些看不懂，麻烦高手大牛们再帮我讲讲，谢谢~~

安装与破解时没有提示问题，使用的时候提示：

重新破解软件，还是一样的问题，bash脚本中指定输出的log文件如下：
