LVS验证不出电路上悬空的pin怎么解决

记得以前的calibre版本是可以验证出来的，但是现在的都是不报错了，选择了SPE是可以在report中看到warning。

如果原理图的pin也是悬空的，应该直接check原理图，能报告出来。lvs应该只会报warning。

重点是根据楼主在10#的描述，那个pin接到了nc，根本就没有出pin，只是floating net而已吧！

直接添加在lvs command file 中就可以了.

this issue is passthrough issue,
if you don't add SPE, SP option, only have warning in report file.
if you add lvs report option SPE, SP in your lvs command file, when your lvs is down, your RVE tool will have error, not pass! And you can get information which pins have passthrough issue.

如果是IP or cell, 可能是其他先需要从此IP or cell 中穿过, 如果是SOC, 可能是为以后改版预留. 其他情形就不清楚了.
