Spectrum and Network Measurements (Electromagnetics and Radar) 2nd Edition
by Robert A. Witte
This new edition of Spectrum and Network Measurements enables readers to understand the basic theory, relate it to measured results, and apply it when creating new designs.
This comprehensive treatment of frequency domain measurements successfully consolidates all the pertinent theory into one text. It covers the theory and practice of spectrum and network measurements in electronic systems. It also provides thorough coverage of Fourier analysis, transmission lines, intermodulation distortion, signal-to-noise ratio and S-parameters.
Bob Witte is an electrical engineer, engineering manager and author of technical books. Bob received a BSEE degree from Purdue University, an MSEE degree from Colorado State University and an MSMOT (Management of Technology) Degree from National Technological University. He has spent his entire career in the test and measurement industry, working for Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Keysight Technologies.
Bob has contributed to the development of spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes and other instruments. He has held a number of R&D management positions and is currently the Vice President of Technology Leadership for Keysight Technologies. Bob is a Senior Member of the IEEE and holds an Extra Class amateur radio license (KØNR). |
