在ICC使用时碰到了license的ERROR求大神进来看看

我用的是ICC 2012.06 SP2版本，能打开，在使用的时候报了ERROR，具体如下：
ERROR: This site is not licensed for "Galaxy-FP".(SEC-51)
Please contact at mysu@hpc, who is
your local Synopsys license administrator for Synopsys site 000.
Information: Saved design named RFPll_SDM_floorplanned_ring. (UIG-5)

本人linux小白。。。试着找了几个不同的license，但是都没能解决这个问题。。。不知道如何下手了，求知道这个问题或者精通linux的大神告知，跪谢了！！
