Job Description: 模拟/混合信号集成电路设计工程师
Design CMOS analog/mixed signal circuit under supervise of senior engineer Help senior design engineer on simulation and verification
Requirements:
1. Minimum MSEE specialize in analog/mixed signal CMOS circuit design Solid background in CMOS analog circuit theory and design approach Strong set of Analog IC design skills in a wide range of circuits such as PLL/DLL, Bandgap, LDO, charge-PUMP, etc.
2. Experience in analog layout design and verification (DRC/LVS). Cadence, Synopsys and ICED layout tools experiences are preferable.
3. Expertise with software tools such as Schematic entry, HSPICE, Nanosim, etc. is needed.
4. Good team player and communication skill in English.
5. English language skill in writing and speaking is a must. |
