I have a little confusion about the transmission line modeling with 3D tool.
Why you use 3D tool to model transmission line?
Ans, if so, how you use it in channel simulation? Extend it in HFSS and generate touchstone file?
Typically, transmission line is TEM mode and can be solve by field solver or any 2D model tools.
Is there any other concern or requirement to use 3D tool to model the transmission line?
