Senior Analog IC Design Engineer
Summary of Job Description: Detailed design and support of
analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits, with focus on industrial and
consumer applications

Job Duties:
• Research, architect, and design CMOS analog/mixed-signal circuits,
including schematic capture, simulation, top-level verification, lab
validation, and silicon revisions
• Conduct all necessary architecture, design, and layout reviews in
accordance with company quality requirements and resolve all action
items
• Conduct evaluation of design results by laboratory measurements of ICs
• Support marketing, applications engineering, and product/test engineering
• Support development of flexible and reusable top-level test and
verification suites for mixed-signal circuits
• Design analog/mixed-signal CMOS circuits targeting applications
conforming to a variety of industrial and consumer applications
• Extensive laboratory analysis for functional IC validation

Education and Experience: MS in Electrical Engineering + 7 years of
professional experience in analog/mixed-signal CMOS IC design

Experience must include:
• Must have participated in all phases of design cycle for CMOS
integrated circuits, including schematic capture, simulation, layout,
top-level verification, lab validation, all necessary silicon
revisions, test program development support, and production/customer
support
• 5 years professional experience using Cadence design tools
• 5 years professional experience designing analog circuits to meet
mixed-signal verification requirements (e.g., Verilog-AMS modeling,
on-chip diagnostic buses, definition of digital control registers)
• 5 years of professional experience designing high precision, high
SNR analog/mixed-signal circuits in sub-micron CMOS (e.g.,
audio-quality data converters and voltage/current references)
• At least 6 months of laboratory experience validating
analog/mixed-signal CMOS IC designs

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Advanced knowledge of continuous and discrete time signal analysis
• Advanced knowledge of control theory and stability analysis
• Advanced knowledge of CMOS fabrication processes and designing
analog circuits in CMOS
• Excellent skills with Cadence design tools
• Excellent skills with Matlab, C, and other system-modeling tools
• Advanced laboratory measurement skills
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

产品面向物联网的无线传感器。做Mixed-signal SOC，包括RF/Analog/PMU，PMU的电流不大。公司在张江，已经有投资并成立。
