各位大神帮忙看下，如何解决ICC (PSYN-117) 这个问题

log里面先提示这条信息
Information: Port 'PAD_VCC5' inherits its location from the pad-cell pin 'u0_LDO_33/VBUS'. (PSYN-087)
在做refine_placement的时候就会出现下面的错误

Error: Port 'PAD_VCC5' cannot inherit its location from the pin 'plc_7/I', because the cell 'plc_7' is neither a pad-cell nor a macro-cell. Please check the library. (PSYN-117)

我看了下gui里面，plc_7 是一个clock_buf ，，u0_LDO_33/VBUS 好像是电源。

我是个新手，今年本科才毕业，做后端，对这些还都不太清晰，求大神指点下，不甚感激！还需要其他信息的跟我讲，谢谢啦

port PAD_VCC5应该只与PAD cell的pin相连，不应该与clk buffer相连，你查查网表。

PAD_VCC5 确实只和PAD cell 的pin连了，纠结的是为什么它会跟其他的cell pin连，这不应该额
