PLL仿真求助！

我的PLL在服务器上做的，拷打虚拟机上，仿真就不行了，原理图没做任何修改，仿真条件也一样。出现如下问题，

看看这段: Error found by spectre at time = 3.25521 ps during transient analysis `tran'. Signal V(I0.C5.cap.hn1) = 22.1835 GV，说明原理图中那个电容接到了一个理想电流源上了。

电路中有理想的器件才会有这么诡异的问题吧

    没有电容直接接到理想的电流源

    确实有理想电容和电阻，但是换成工艺库里的还是出现同样的问题，而且我在服务器上仿真，没有问题（有理想电容和电阻）
