Job Description （For High-talent recruitment）
Position Title： Chief High-Speed SERDES R&D Director
Report to ： Vice-General Manager of Microelectronics Institute
Responsibility：
• Build backend design flow/methodologies for 65nm/55nm, 40nm and other smaller technology nodes
• Technical lead for the backend design team
Location： Dallas or San Jose, USA and Shenzhen, China
Requirement：
• MSEE with 8+ years or BSEE with 12+ years experience in backend design
• Proven experience in defining and executing low power backend design flow and methodologies in 65nm and below technologies
• Proven track record in successful volume productions within the last 3 years, especially in the low power products
• In depth knowledge about deep submicron CMOS processes with good understanding of the impact of shrinking geometry on design flow and consideration
• Proficient with various EDA design tools and efficiency enhancing scripts writing
• Good communication skills and people skills
• Frequent travelling to China required
