用Calibre 报出来的
RULECHECK LUP.6 ............................ TOTAL Result Count = 6274423 (10071372)
-------> cause: LUP(latch up prevention) any point inside NMOS or PNMOS source/drain space to the nearest PW or NW STRAP in the same PW or NW<=30 um
这个错误怎么去修呢是改standard cell 吗。还是有什么脚本修改
