silvaco无法使用victory process

请教一下silvaco的这个问题该如何解决呢？

According to the message here says:
VICTORY PROCESS / VICTORY MESH are not available... you may have Victory Process (1,9,0)  but you don't have Victory Mesh (1,19,0) licensed;

Have you tried Linux version ?

Not an expert for this just read somewhere else for 2019 version
