请问这颗是不是为任天堂定制的非常特殊的一颗Power PC? 好像外围除了一个NAND FLASH外没有RAM芯片.

我从官方网站上下的只是DC AC特性，接口的介绍性的pdf。
有没有介绍内部寄存器，各个bit位代表什么含义的用于PowerPC编程用的datasheet？
