岗位职责：

1、Clean up and ensurethe implementation quality metrics.

2、Implement chips withoptimal PPA.

3、Develop methodologyand flow to automate the process for improved efficiency.

岗位要求：

1、Goodunderstanding with RTL design. Good understanding of synthesis and physicaldesign (CTS / P&R) methodology.

2、Goodunderstanding of timing closure and power / area optimization.

3、Goodunderstanding of timing constraint and physical constraint.

4、Knowledge oflow power methodology. Experience of UPF development.

5、Experiencewith Design Compiler / Fusion Compiler / Genus.

6、Experiencewith PrimeTime.

7、Strongskills of automating flow development. Proficient with scripting language TCL,Python, Perl, Shell.
