岗位职责：

1、Clean up and ensurethe implementation quality metrics.

2、Implement chips withoptimal PPA.

3、Develop methodologyand flow to automate the process for improved efficiency.

岗位要求：

1、Good understandingwith RTL design. Good understanding of synthesis and physical design (CTS /P&R) methodology.

2、Good understandingof timing closure and power / area optimization.

3、Good understandingof timing constraint and physical constraint.

4、Knowledge of lowpower methodology. Experience of UPF development.

5、Experience withDesign Compiler / Fusion Compiler / Genus.

6、Experience withPrimeTime.

7、Strong skills ofautomating flow development. Proficient with scripting language TCL, Python,Perl, Shell.
