求助，tsmc18rf导入cadence失败

tsmc18已经做了OA转换，techfile的controls已经提到最前面，当我导入techfile文件的时候，提示warning，导入的tsmc18的器件不全，截图如下 请问这是为什么呢，以前没遇到过
