工作职责

1.负责模拟系统、模拟模块及数模混合接口的技术规范制定
2.完成PLL、LDO、PGA、ADC、DAC、PHY等模拟电路设计、分析、仿真和验证
3.配合SOC工程师完成模拟模块的集成

工作要求

1.硕士及以上学历，5年以上工作经验
2.有高速PLL和低功耗sigma-delta ADC设计经验
3.熟悉集成电路工艺制程，精通模拟电路的原理、设计技巧及关健参数
4.熟悉linux/unix操作系统、模拟开发环境以及主流仿真工具
5.有28nm及以下工艺TO经验者优先
