1、vcs2017_2018目前都是可以正常使用，验证不通过可以使用scl11.7下的验证文件替换到11.9或11.11下就可以验证通过。
2、现有的license生成工具不再适用2019版本的软件，有办法请各位大神提供一下解决方案。
