Unable to download from Baidu - pan.baidu.com - Very Low Download Speed -Help Needed

I am unable to download from pan.baidu.com. Speed is very slow. I getting a maximum download speed of 10KBps.
Does any one of you are facing the same problem?

Your help is appreciated.. Even I want to upload some resources and share to you all.

百度最近抽风，放弃吧。我下载100k都不到，而且只能同时下载一个文件，经常掉线还。

I am not a vip membern of baidu. Unable to make the payment for high speed download memebership, because i am not from china.

Any help in this regard would be helpful to me..

It's difficult. i tried installing the windows version but it's all in chinese. if i had the translation files i could make sense of it. plus, i still don't know if it will accept my US payment.
