Job Description:

1.     Takecharge of key IP development for analog/mix-signal IC design project and ensurethe quality;

2.     Design,simulation and verification of analog circuits;

3.     Guidelayout engineer design;

4.     Cooperatewith application and product engineers and test engineers to make the productsuccessfully enter mass production;

5.        Responsiblefor design documentation.

Job Requirement:

1.     MSdegree or above with 3+ years’ experience in IC industry;

2.     Solidunderstanding on circuit analysis, verification and IC design technology;

3.     Goodsilicon debug capability;

4.     Experiencein designing one or more of the following circuits: Band-gap, LDO, oscillator,IO, ESD, ADC, DAC, PLL, VCO, regulator, filter, SERDES, etc.;

5.     Experiencein designing high-speed and high-resolution ADC/DAC is preferred;

6.     Solidproblem-solving and trouble-shooting skills. Enjoy thinking, taking thingsapart and making things work;

7.        Self-motivation,result oriented, good team work and communication skills.
