1.
Solid knowledge of logic and analog circuit and power converter topologies;

Excellent lab skill and problem-solving ability;

Experienced with AC/DC, DC/DC converter and/or
magnetic design;
4.
Proficient in math analysis tools and circuit and magnet simulation tools;
5.
Experienced with microcontroller / DSP programming.
6.
Being able to use schematic generation and PCB layout tools;
7.
Must have a Master or higher degree.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
1.
Having wide-bandgap device knowledge and application experience;
2.
Semiconductor power device and IC test experience;
3.
IC definition experience;
4.
Great interpersonal and customer interaction skills;
5.
Solid communication skills (written and presentation).
Primary and Secondary Responsibilities:
1.
Work with engineering team to develop circuit test boards, power device qualification test equipment, lead power converter/inverter reference design.
2.
Work with device engineers and perform device characterization. The secondary responsibility will include helping manage power lab and supporting customers’ advanced applications.
Complex Tasks:
1.
Be able to use both analog and digital controllers and do mixed-signal circuit design.
2.
Be familiar with digital control and do power converter/inverter and magnet design.

1.
Ability to manage and prioritize several projects at once.
2.
Ability to work across disciplines.

Good team player able to work well with a diverse engineering team.
2.
Ability to work closely with device engineers and provide solution and recommendation to end customers.
