Job Description  
In the Sr. FAE position, you will take an active part in the sales process by doing the technical consultation work. This includes close interaction with customers to truly understand their requirements, helping them understand the technical features and benefits of XX’s product offering and to support them during the initial project phase. You have previous experience of embedded OS and development tools and can take on tasks such as customer presentations and demonstrations, seminars, training and technical support.   
In the Sr. FAE position you will be offered a varied job that put requirements on your ability to quickly learn new technology in a wide range of application domains such as Networking Equipment, Mobile terminal, Automation, Military and Automotive.
Although you will be part of a small but enthusiastic local team the work will be done in close cooperation with XX’s Global Research & Development organization.  
You will be reporting directly to the Sales Director, Greater China.

Requirements and Qualifications

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. •

Previous experience from working with embedded OS and development tools, preferably OSE, TI BIOS, SDOS, Linux, VxWorks or Nucleus. •

Have a minimum of 3 years of successful R*D or FAE experience in communication software.

Strong technical knowledge about embedded systems development. •

Experience in programming DSP, ARM, PowerPC, or x86 processor systems •

Must possess the skills to present and demonstrate technical solutions and products. •

Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages. •

Must be self-motivated with a very strong work ethic. •

Must be willing to travel frequently to perform tasks at customer sites. • Excellent proficiency in both written and oral English.
