Position: SoCArchitect，Shanghai or Beijing

Role & Responsibilities:

System Architect driving architecture of RTG roadmapproducts to deliver on the product requirements, including thePerformance/Power/Schedule/Cost /Bounding Box. Develops product Use Cases andthe Product Requirement Spec.

‒ Primary technical contact point for the program

‒ Responsible for the product features and capabilities

‒ Comprehends the SOC as a complete system which includes HW(silicon), FW, BIOS & SW

‒ Ensures that FW, BIOS & SW are aligned to enablefeatures

‒ Knowledgeable and contributes to the platformarchitecture.

‒ Ensures that the required Use Cases are achieved

‒ Responsible for any marketing change requests or anychanges to the requirements to be negotiated between the BU and the design teamto reach a solution that both sides agree.

‒ Responsible for technical accuracy of product disclosures

‒ Responsible to quantify impact of bugs and feature /performance goals.

‒ Is not expected to be the expert in all areas, but istightly linked to the other architects for the program.

Skills andExperience:

Advanced degree in computer/electrical engineering (i.e.Masters)

Minimum 10 years' progressive related experience plus:

Very knowledgeable on the x86 platformarchitecture is a plus

Strong familiarity with graphics architecture isa plus

-
Familiar with the interface industry standardsspecifications is a plus

Understand silicon process technologies and thetools to project power & performance of the SOC
