JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for anexperienced Switch Power IC ，design engineer to develop a high efficiency Buck PMIC for nextgeneration DDR application. The Job includes but not limits to belo items:

1、Buck behavior modelbuild up, key parameters simulation, fine tune and verification.

2、Definespecifications of blocks and create design documentation.

3、All function blockcircuit level design, simulation and verification.

4、Supervise layoutfloor plan and design of each function blocks.

5、Silicon evaluationtest, characterization and debugging.

6、Production testdevelopment support.

QUALIFICATION:

1、BSEE or above withat least 3 years of experience in switch power IC development;

2、Experience in switchpower supply behavior model build up.

3、Experience in Buckpower IC circuit design.

4、Ability to superviselayout floor plan and design.

5、Good understandingof BCD process, model for switch power supply IC design.

6、Proficiency of EDAdesign tools (Simplis, Spectre, HSPICE, etc).

7、Good Lab experiencein switch power IC testing;

8、Good verbal andwritten communication and presentation skills, positive attitude.

9、Willing to takechallenges and to solve difficult technical problems，quicklearner。
