数字IC设计经理-武汉 深圳
Summary:
Develop digital ASIC for Cryptography Products.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the delivery of FPGA/ASICs for high speed crypto applications.
2. Develop and implement high speed crypto architectures from specifications into complex custom ASICs;  
3. Ordinary management on ASIC design team;

Requirements:
1. Master or above degree in Microelectronic or Electronic and Information Engineering;
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years in the design field;
3. Problem solving & creative solution skills
4. Strong project management skills & ability to manage multiple priorities & resources
5. Ability to lead design areas within brand initiatives with little guidance
6. Good verbal and written English communication skill;
7. Familiar with IC designs, verification tool flow with hands-on experience in DC, PT, RC, and NC-Sim;
8. Knowledge of SHA, DES, and ECC standards is a plus;
