need ADS or Spice circuit for DC-DC using GaN HEMT

hello, I am learning DC-DC buck converter using GaN HEMT. Can anybody provide complete circuit for ADS or spectre or spice ? Thanks

Normally people doing power converter design would like to use Ltspice/Pspice software, ADS is mainly design for RF/comms purpose. I've done some co-simulation previouly, the Gan device that i'm using is from EPC, and some problems are still to be solved with this ultra fast switching devices (like the gate driver , controller,and output filter). If you got some problems, i'm open for discussion.

Thanks for Reply. I finally manage to simulate using PSPICE. But I have always doubt about the accuracy. I am trying to design a inverter using EPC GaN devices. we can share our thought at sunil.ue which is my google id.
