System Developer
Job Summary:
We are nowlooking for a System Developer for indoor coverage radio access technology andproducts. Your role will include all system development activities such as:requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware solutiondesign, function solution design, integration, verification, simulations, toolsdesign, Product Lifecycle Management support, customer trouble shooting andproduct documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Radio unit HW solution design: define the HW solution from system level.
- Radio functions solution design: define the radio function solution,especially related with HW part.
- Radio link budget: radio performance allocation, define therequirement on sub-level
- Trouble-shooting including Customer issue analysis
- Write related design document
- Process control of product development
- Pre-study task for new technique or new product
- Technicalcoordination within team
- Drivestrategic technical leadership
- Drivecontinuous improvements of products and processes
- Developcompetence in technical domain
Key Qualifications:
·Master or above, major in EE, CS,or relevant majors
·Deep understanding of telecomindustry, especially on LTE system and 5G
·Deep understanding of system role& responsibility
·>3 years working experience inbase station design
·Deep knowledge of RadioTransceiver and Software Defined Radio
·Signal processing knowledge andMatlab skills is a plus
·Well organized and have structurethinking
·Initiative and proactive attitude
·Fluent in English speaking/writing

Digital Hardware Developer:
Job Summary:  
-Be responsible for radio hardware design and corresponding verifications. You should provide proper radio digital and transceiver solution, prepare schematics and ensure the layout quality. Generally speaking, you will be involved with the total chain of transmitter and receiver and DFE hardware design.
Responsibilities:
-Radio hardware design for dedicated hardware unit, such as radio unit
-Develop and verification for High Quality Products  
-Perform Trouble Shooting during higher level system integration  
-Drive Continuous Improvements of radio hardware design technology  


Qualification & Requirement:
-Minimum master degree in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge with >=3 year experience
-Good understanding of Tele-communication  
-EMC, SI knowledge and experience is a plus
-Familiar with High speed I/O Bus design, like CPRI, JESD, Gigabit Ethernet or RapidIO
-Familiar with CPU subsystem including clock/reset, common interface like DDR3/4 or AMBA, SPI, I2C, etc.  
-Knowledge with radio design software for necessary simulations, such as ADS etc.  
-Skilled with radio test related instruments, such as signal generator, signal spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, network analyzer etc.  
-Experience with tele-communication radio products is preferred
-Experience with mass production radio unit products is highly preferred
-Good communication skill, good at team work
-English reading and writing is mandatory and oral English shall be fairly good

Description
Ericsson China Access Network R&D Center is looking for Power Amplifier Engineers for base station radio unit development.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Ericsson RBS product PA design, verification and maintenance
?Design/maintain work to meet project requirement
?Follow Ericsson design and daily work process/procedure
?To carry out effectively and efficiently for all the activities
?Keep study continuously to maintain competition level
?Support production when needed
?Support manager’s work
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
?Theory analysis and simulation for radio design.
?Verify radio performance
?Tuning and optimize PA performance
Qualifications
Basic Requirement
?M.S degree or above, major in Microwave, wireless communication or equivalent
?Working on Radio HW design more than 5 years
?With strong ability to learn new technique and willing to research up-to-date technique.
?Skillfully use test instruments, including vector network, spectrum analyzer and power meter.
?Familiar with CAD tools, such as Mentor or Cadence. Familiar with ADS and HFSS simulation tool.
?Good listening, writing, reading and oral English ability.
Preferred Experience on
?Familiar with PA theory and state-of-the-art PA technique used in mobile communication instrument, including PA linearization and efficiency improvement technique.
?rovide reasonable PA proposal according to system requirement, including link budget, power budget and line-up. Finish PA key components evaluation and select suitable PA solution
?Solid analytical and problem solving skills
