Keyresponsibilities/duties:  

1. Prospect and develop designservice business in target territory. Take and achieve the challenging annualquota;

2. Build up and maintain strongrelationship with customers;

3. Develop and update clearly salesplan and strategy for target accounts;

4. Be responsible for learning exactcustomer’s requirement and get back to company;

5. Be responsible for finding newbusiness opportunity; communicate effectively between the technical team andcustomers; negotiate the price and contract terms with customers;

6. Communicate with internaldifferent technical teams to provide best service for customers.

Key skills &knowledge:

1. Bachelor degree or above in EE orrelated majors;

2. Knowledge in IC design,manufacture, IP, etc.;

3. 5+ years experience in IC designor manufacture industry is a must;

4. 3+ years sales experience is amust;

5. Experience in IC design serviceis a plus;

6. Proficiency in oral, written andreading English;

7. Proven communication capabilitysuch as talking and writing.

8. Proven Sales manager experienceis a plus;
