Steps:

Extract zip in install folder
Run cstpatcher11.exe by double-clicking on run_patcher.bat (patches all the ECC protected files in sub-folders and makes backups)
Edit coventor1.src, put your hostname and mac address
Double-click on run_lmcrypt.bat to generate your own license
Install the license

The same crk works for 2012 version (you have to edit the .src file, replace the vendor 2015 with 2012)
