Altera的下载中心目前好像也只是Quartus-16.1.0.196-windows-complete.tar。

It's on Alteras website, click on the updates tab and you can install the 16.1 update 1 update. It looks like 16.1.2 was just released so I'll have to see if it there are any changes that need to be patched for that one but 16.1.1 works fine for now.

There is Quartus Prime Software v16.1 Update 2 on Altera website only.
I have not seen the update 1 on Altera website.
