ubuntu下sentaurus 工具栏中的help-training启动不了firefox：/usr/lib/firefox/firefox:  ..../tcad/current/amd64/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.21' not found (required by /usr/lib/firefox/firefox)
解决方法是：1. rm .../tcad/current/amd64/lib/libstdc++.so.6
                     2. ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6 .../tcad/current/amd64/lib/libstdc++.so.6

如下，可以看到Tutorial啦。哈哈
