工作职责
1、制定公司MCU营销战略和销售策略。
2、制定并组织实施销售计划。
3、掌控销售情况,完成销售任务。
4、负责重要客户的管理和监督。
5、与技术团队配合,完成客户需求硬件设计、制作和调试和技术支持。
任职要求
1、8年以上MCU销售管理经验,熟悉MCU销售渠道。
2、了解MCU开发流程,熟悉MCU销售应用领域,理解MCU产品的硬件要求。
3、较强的市场开拓及销售技能,勇于面对挑战,富有敬业精神。
4、良好的团队精神,较好的沟通理解能力,有敏锐的市场感知、正确把握销售方向的能力。
