1. MSEE with 5+ years or Bachelor with 8+ years of industrial experience in ASIC design

2. Experienced in stdc cell, RAM, IP library setup

3. Good listening, writing and speaking English, and need frequently involve global teams meeting on new process update   

4. Dedicated, hard working and good team player

5. Plus if good programming skill on caliber design rule
