JobDescription：
The key responsibilities of this role will be: -
Responsible forLTE/LTE-A physical layer software system engineering,software or simulation chain development/performance optimization andvalidation testing. Coding program and test standard compliance/evolution, newcustomer requested, innovated functionality in R&D organization. -
Responsible for draft/maintain software designdocument, test strategy and user guide. -
Technical support for LTE physical layer issuesreported from customer sites, replicate the site failures in R&D laboratoryenvironment to isolate faults and perform in-depth investigation, providesolution and code change against software bug. -
Participate in architecture design of LTE physicallayer and road map definition.
Qualifications：
1.
Education background: Master or above. Majorin Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering or related. 2.
Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies: -
With deep understanding for digital signalprocessing technique. -
Good development experience inbaseband signal or DSP -
Good knowledge with wireless system architecture(UMTS, LTE, etc). 3.
General competencies: -
Strongcommunication skill. Fluent in Chinese and English -
Highlyresponsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work -
Goodteam work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success -
Capableof managing changes and multi-tasks during the development phase -
Highly self-motivated;Good problem-solving skill; Able to work effectively under pressure; Team workspirit; Accountability; Ability of learning; Open mind. 4.
LanguageAbility: Fluent in both oral and written English
